About Sleet
The free gym tracker built by lifters, for lifters.
Why I Built Sleet
My name is Raaj. I have been lifting for 7 years and have coached over 40 people in person. Most gym apps are built by people who do not lift. They are cluttered with wellness features, meditation timers, and subscription paywalls, designed to monetise, not to help you get stronger.
Sleet was built from the opposite direction. I started with one question: what does a serious lifter actually need to track progress? The answer is simple: a fast way to log sets and reps, instant access to last session's numbers, and a training plan that makes sense. Everything else is noise.
What Sleet Does
- Voice logging: the only gym tracker that lets you log sets by speaking. Tap the mic, say your exercise, sets, reps, and weight in plain language, and Sleet saves it. No typing between sets.
- Gym log tracker: record every set, rep, and weight with a single tap. No friction.
- Progressive overload tracking: see exactly how your lifts are moving over time. Automatic plateau detection flags when progress stalls using regression analysis, so you always know where you stand.
- AI Coach: multi-turn conversational coaching powered by Gemini. Answers questions about your training with your full workout history as context, not generic advice.
- AI Routine Planner: generates a personalised weekly program based on your goals, equipment, detected plateaus, and current PRs.
- Free gym calculators: TDEE calculator, macro calculator, one rep max calculator. All free, no signup needed.
- No paywalls on core features: the tools that matter most are free. That's not changing.
Built for Android
Sleet is available on Android. We focused on building the best possible experience on one platform rather than a mediocre experience on two. The app is fast, offline-capable, and designed for use between sets, not during commutes.
