About Raaj
I have been lifting for 7 years and have trained over 40 people in person, mostly complete beginners. I started at 17 with no idea what I was doing and spent years learning what actually moves the needle versus what is just noise.
I built Sleet Gym Tracker because I wanted a workout app that takes progressive overload seriously rather than burying it under wellness features and paywalls. I write every article on this site from that same perspective: straight answers, grounded in evidence, from someone who has lived through the mistakes.
